My wife and I have spent the day luxuriating at a spa day at this wonderful 5 Star hotel - Blythswood Square Hotel, in Glasgow! We've had the most wonderful day and have just gone for a walk after dinner before returning for a cocktail or two!!

Today Ed and Elaine treated me and Jan to the most amazing spa day ever! We set off early and drove through the beautiful Dartmoor countryside, seeing miniature ponies and medieval bridges along the way. The we arrived at Bovey Castle, OMG it was so lush. Grand high ceilings and cups of tea, swim in the pool, saunas, jacuzzi, lunch (in our robes, we had a few looks!) followed by the most luxurious (and much needed) hour long massage. I was putty afterwards.

i got to take chandra and laura up to canyon ranch for a much- needed spa day (they both have little babies). it was a beautiful relaxing day of pampering, lounging and girl talk and made me realize how lucky i am to have them both in my life. i also got to take advantage of amenities and job perks i never seem to slow down enough to enjoy and remind myself how fortunate i am to get to be a part of the ranch
