It is rumored that this place has the best hot chocolate anywhere around. I have never tried it.

Dante and Luigi's is a classic Old World Italian restaurant serving Philadelphia since 1899. It's a classic that serves up some of the best food anywhere. One of the oldest Italian restaurant's in the country Dante and Luigi's is praised by the toughest critics for it's good food and classic ambiance. Think the scene in The Godfather when Michael goes to meet Sollazzo and McCluskey. In fact, some local mobsters have been known to dine here. But don't let that scare you away. If you're in the area, there is probably no better place to get a good Italian meal.

Esposito's has been a staple and a literal corner stone in Philadelphia's Italian Market since 1911, This is a modern photo, made to look older. Most of the stores along the market on south 9th street carry on old world traditions and look much like they did decades ago. Sylvester Stallone ran through the market while filming "Rocky."

Across the street from Pat's King of Steaks, I saw this mural. There's another one nearby, but this one was easier to get a close-up picture.

Took the train to Philly, making it only the second time I've stepped foot in that fair city...
