Ravage and Laserbeak were made to a be compatible with Soundwave as part of the commission requirements.
Laserbeak can actually perch on Soundwave's shoulder. I made connection locations for that area. But Soundwave isn't stable enough to hold him so I used a stand to help him stabilize.
...And I'm done posting for today.

Lego Soundwave - Masterpiece Brickformer (MB-02).
Fully transformable without the need to remove any pieces. Ravage, Frenzy and Laserbeak all fit into his chest and his accessories fit onto his back.
Hope you like it because I have a few more brickformers in the pipeline.

Sunset over the lake near Cobble Hill, BC, Canada. The reflection looks to me like a segment of a digital depiction of a soundwave.

Laserbeak has found an energy plant ripe for the taking in LEGO City, so Megatron has dispatched Soundwave and Buzzsaw to infiltrate.
Soundwave is articulated at the shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees and features his iconic rocket launcher and concussion blaster weapons. Buzzsaw is articulated at the wings and neck, and features his trademark twin-laser jet pack.

There are military trucks that look vaguely like this, right? Just . . . not usually in blue.
More seriously, this model started life as an update version of Machine Wars Soundwave AKA Stalker, with a full-on missile tank alt-mode. But I decided I wanted something closer to Soundwave's function, hence this.

So. I know everyone remembers Laserbeak because he got the bulk of the aerial surveillance in the cartoon but officially speaking, Buzzsaw is the spy, only Buzzsaw came packaged with Soundwave so he didn't need to be advertised as much, therefore what should have been his role went to his available separately twin. Long story short: I've always liked the way Buzzsaw looks more than Laserbeak, so he's getting the spotlight shot here.

It's always interesting to see people try and update Soundwave. He's pretty much THE iconic transformer, so there are always certain elements that need to go in there even when the alt-mode changes. In this case, that mainly involves whacking a big old cassette player door on a military communications truck.
