Ce qu'il y a parfois de beau avec l'automne, c'est lorsque le matin se lève après une semaine de pluie, de vent et brouillard et que tout l'espace, brutalement, semble se gorger de soleil.

I never expected to have to look for this medal and photograph it. This is my best award so it had to be this one and not any other coin or certificate. I didn't find it easy to make it work. AT ALL ! Everything I did looked pretty boring. But I think in black and white it looks better than in colour although the ribbon is a lovely royal blue and the edge of the medal midnight blue. I have the correct box with the smaller medal and the lapel pin but found that even harder to combine. Probably would have been too big for MM anyway.

Captain's log, stardate 6102.1. While investigating a distress call from a star cluster in the Protari system our ship, the U.S.S. Constitution and its crew, were pulled into a mysterious tractor beam. All data shows that we've somehow been transported to another dimension.
Myself, Captain Jezebel Kraai along with Science Officer Cidni Starchild, Chief Engineer Harper Blackwood, and Lieutenant Moran have set foot on what appears to be a post apocalyptic world. The surface appears to be like our own Earth and so far we're reading no life forms.
Could this be Earth and could we have somehow traveled back in time? Is this the year 2231, just after the first nuclear strikes of World War III? I will update when we have more data. Kraai out.
I appreciate these wonderful ladies and fellow artist for helping me out on this one. It's been a long time coming as this shot was actually taken this past May.
I was sort of baffled about what I wanted to do with this capture then decided to do a fantasy composite with it. So this is my first try at this sort of thing. I hope you guys find it at least adequate. Thanks!♥
This the 4th capure I inducted to the In Good Company Erotica Gallery for their October show.
The gallery is owned and operated by my friend Marcus Strong. Thank you so much Marcus for the oppotunity.♥

Rare are the moments when, in the middle of the day, the Imp allows himself an outing outside his favorite hiding place; namely brambles and bushes...

Rari sono i momenti in cui, in pieno giorno, il Folletto si concede un'uscita fuori dal suo nascondiglio preferito; vale a dire rovi e cespugli...

I had planned to post a few shots from Wistman's Wood on Dartmoor this week but last weeks visit was a bit of a letdown and I ended up deleting all of my shots.
So Here's one from a wander up Afon Llloer when we were in Snowdonia in November, this is the classic view looking towards Tryfan, which to me looks a bit like the sorting hat from Harry Potter.
This was a fun afternoon with the guys and I think we all got the shots we wanted despite it being grey and overcast.

More often than not, Hazel will crawl onto the warm laundry only for us to find Ivar in her place a little later. This time I managed to convince them to share and they slept together for hours. Ivar took up a bit more space, but Hazel didn’t seem to mind.
Hope people are not getting bored of these!
1/50 Shutter., this time gliding... which made the subject more stable for panning (wing flapping invariably causes body movement)
I find this sort of photography fun and challenging., and it creates the opportunity for something quite ordinary (a Heron flying past) to become something extraordinary in a photographic sense
