The worst car I ever owned after spinning it on an ice covered bridge, jumping over a huge drainage ditch and landing upside down on a service road on the other side of that ditch. I managed to walk away with 2 broken ribs and I'll admit that that hurt just a smidge. I had one car payment of $52 left on this thing when I rolled it in 1971.
My grandpa and I used to watch reruns of the 60's Batman TV series with Adam West together, and I have very fond memories of the show.
I recently learned that the batcave from the series is actually a man-made tunnel located in Griffith Park and I had to go see it. We just walked up a little hill and it was right there around a corner. So cool :)

Bring on the jones!! And marshmallow crack Kingpin, @apester07 made the drop herself, today! A ziplock of white powdery bacony goodness! You should have seen her clientele! 365 Days - Day 92 - Well, after dragging my sick and dying Ass outa bed at 4:30 am to take my girlfriend back to Victoria Coach station, so that she could get to work in Oxford, I went back to bed, and spent most of the day recovering, I hope I am better soon, because we are going to France for Easter on Thursday, we will be there 10 days, so at least I can get to rest...:O)
... as a wasted Polaroid! SX-70 / Time Zero expired gawd knows when.
I picked up yet another SX-70 this weekend, this one looked so trashed even a mangy cat caught out in the rain looked better. I probably picked up PDIP (Porvair Dust Inhalation Pneumoconiosis) just from trying to clean it up somewhat.
When I popped open the film bay there was an old film pack stuck in there, quick check of the counter showed it was the last shot. Normally I would have just popped out the pack and chucked it but somehow I snapped the bay closed and took a shot.
To my surprise, mangy old thing whirred into life and spat this picture out. Suffice to say, the SX-70 had clean optics and was in perfect mechanical condition. I think I'll leave this one looking sorryass just to remind myself; never judge a book by its cover.
Oh, and this SX-70 cost me $2. And to think people are paying $hundreds for them on flEabay,

Well, since I already did that earlier, I counted 5 more ( I should have known, with my luck, that this would be the 10th photo) in the same 5th folder.
