With the collapse of major industries and termination of millions of Jobs it is now clear to any thinking person in America that what is needed as part of the solution to the economic crisis affecting America is a single-payer healthcare system. It will remove the burden of employers providing healthcare through the inefficient private insurance based one we have now. A government provide healthcare system funded by taxes is a better solution that removes a greed intensive system now in place. Which by the way, will be less than what most people now pay to the insurance companies. American industry such as the car industry will continue to collapse, and even more so small businesses, they will never compete on a global scale if burden by the present system. It makes perfect sense that if workers never have to worry about healthcare coverage when they lose their jobs or change jobs would be a tremendous achievement for working people and all Americans. This will drive down the spiraling cost of healthcare cost, everyone including the tax prayer will benefit. The Single-Payer system would also make business more competitive because companies will not have to be burdened by healthcare cost. Healthcare cost is the single cause of most bankruptcies in America. Americans will have to face the reality that the present form of profit healthcare system is a fraud, and will eventually lead to further collapse of the economy. The insurance companies and wall street should not be allowed to be the ones who say who shroud get healthcare and who should not, or who should get what service. Healthcare is a human right and all American should have healthcare. How will America industry compete in a global marketplace if industries in other countries provide their people with healthcare and we don't?
The powerful Insurance lobbyists and their media friends are trying to stop it form happening, it's time to wake up and do what is right for yourself and all Americans, contact your political representatives and demand single-payer healthcare for all.

JLF Moving Solutions Take Delivery of New Scania R320
… while their first Scania hits the 1½ million kilometres landmark
Keltruck, the largest independent Scania Distributor in Europe, has supplied a new Scania R320 to JLF Moving Solutions of Burntwood, Staffordshire. The truck is the fifth Scania truck to join their fleet, while the first – bought in 2001 – is still going strong and has recently surpassed 1½ million kilometres.
JLF Moving Solutions was started by brothers, John & Steve Lomas in 2009, with 35 years’ experience. The first vehicle they owned was a Ford Transit van. They now have 31 vehicles, including five Scania trucks, to help them with removals, homepack services, office removals, European removals, containerised storage, document storage and specialist services to the fire & flood industry.
Steve and John first bought a Scania truck in 2001 as they needed larger vehicles than the 7.5 tonne HGVs they were using. That truck, a P220 day cab fitted with ARZ sleeper pod for two people, has been serviced by Keltruck Willenhall for nearly 20 years and is still going strong with more than one and half million kilometres on the clock.
John Lomas, Company Director commented, “The first Scania truck we bought has been, and continues to be, a great truck for us. All our drivers like driving the Scanias – and this one in particular. Even Steve and I drive it from time to time.”
Their new Scania R320 high roof is the company’s first new generation Scania with the newly developed interior. JLF was able to customise their truck by adding a third seat to accommodate a full team of moving staff.
Keltruck has now been working with Steve and John for 18 years and has developed a great working relationship. All of JLF Moving Solutions’ Scania vehicles are serviced on long term repair and maintenance contracts, starting at 60 months and extending beyond that.
John Lomas continued, “The Scania trucks are excellent – a great drive and very robust – while the support we get from Keltruck is outstanding, both in terms of the buying process and the aftersales services.”
Keltruck Account Manager Tony Biddlestone commented, “We have a great relationship with JLF Moving Solutions. It is a pleasure to deal with John and Steve. Avoid high contrast situations if possible. The keyboard here is almost white, and the surrounds are dark from the tree shadows, so the exposure is heavily overexposed for te keyboard, making it a very poor shot.
Even the shadow on the face contributes to the problem.
This reminds me very much of how I felt about Windows Vista, which was the reason I changed to Apple MAc.

হৃদপিন্ড রক্তকে ধাক্কা দিয়ে ধমনীতে পাঠালে ধমণীর গায়ে যে প্রেসার বা চাপ সৃষ্টি হয় তাই হলো ব্লাড প্রেসার বা রক্তচাপ। এই চাপ এর একটি স্বাভাবিক মাত্রা আছে আর যখন রক্তচাপ স্বাভাবিক মাত্রা ছাড়িয়ে যায় তখনি তাকে বলা হয় হাইপারটেনশন বা উচ্চ রক্তচাপ। অনিয়ন্ত্রিত উচ্চ রক্তচাপ ষ্ট্রোক, হৃদপিন্ডের দেয়ালের পুরুত্ব বাড়ানো, হার্ট এটাক ও হার্ট ফেইলুর,কিডনী ফেইলুর সহ আরও জটিল রোগের কারণ হতে পারে। সারা পৃথিবীতেই উচ্চ রক্তচাপে আক্রান্ত রোগীর সংখ্যা আশংকাজনকহারে বাড়ছে। এক জরিপে বেরিয়ে এসেছে সারা পৃথিবীতে প্রতিদিন যে পরিমান মানুষ মারা যায় এর প্রায় এক-চতুর্থাংশ মানুষই উচ্চ রক্তচাপের কারণে মারা যাচ্ছে। ইদানিং আবার তরুন বয়েশীদের হাইপারটেনশনে আক্রান্ত হবার হার অনেক বেড়ে গেছে। এর কারন হিসেবে আধুনিক জীবন ব্যবস্থা ও দৈনন্দিন খাদ্য প্রক্রিয়াকেও দায়ী করা যায়। তাই সময় এসেছে এখনই সবাইকে হাইপারটেনশন বা উচ্চ রক্তচাপ প্রতিরোধ করে সুস্থ হার্ট নিয়ে বাঁচার সচেতন হওয়ার।
সাধারণত কিছু নিয়ম-কানুন মেনে চললেই এ রোগের ঝুঁকিমুক্ত থাকা যায়। উচ্চ রক্তচাপ নিয়ন্ত্রনে আমাদের করনীয় কিছু বিষয় চলুন জেনে নেওয়া যাক ।
১.খাদ্যাভ্যাসের পরিবর্তন –
প্রথমেই পরিমিত খাবার খাওয়ার অভ্যাস করতে হবে।প্রত্যেকের বয়স, উচ্চতা, লিঙ্গ অনুযায়ী ডায়েট চার্ট মেনে যতটুকু প্রয়োজন ঠিক ততটুকুই খাবার খাওয়া উচিত। খাদ্য তালিকায় পর্যাপ্ত ফলমূল ও শাকসবজি থাকতে হবে। চর্বিজাতীয় খাবার বাদ এড়িয়ে চলতে হবে।ফাস্ট ফুড খাওয়ার প্রবনতা ছাড়তে হবে। রান্নায় কম পরিমানে লবন খেতে হবে ও টোকা লবন খাওয়া ছাড়তে হবে। প্রতিদিন পর্যাপ্ত পরিমানে পানি খেতে হবে। মনে রাখতে হবে, কেউ যদি প্রয়োজনের তুলনায় ১০০ ক্যালরি খাবার প্রতিদিন বেশি খান তবে বছরে সাড়ে চার কেজি ওজন বৃদ্ধি পাবে।
২.নিয়মিত ব্যায়াম করতে হবে –
আধুনিক জীবন ব্যবস্থায় আমাদের কায়িক পরিশ্রম অনেক কম হয়। আর তাই আমাদের দেহে উচ্চ রক্তচাপ সহ নানা রোগ ব্যধি বাসা বাধছে।তাই মনে রাখতে হবে ব্যয়ামের কোন বিকল্প নেই। প্রতিদিন অন্তত ৩০ মিনিট হাঁটুন যা আপনার হৃদরোগের ঝুঁকি কমাবে এবং উচ্চ রক্তচাপও কমাবে। শিশুদের প্রতিদিন এক ঘণ্টা শারীরিক কাজ ও খেলাধুলা করা প্রয়োজন। এছাড়াও পরিবারে হালকা ব্যয়াম করার রেওয়াজ চালু করতে হবে। সারাদিন বসে থাকার কাজ করেন যারা তাদের অবশ্যই ফ্রি হ্যান্ড এক্সারসাইজগুলো করতে হবে। দিনে নির্দিষ্ট সময় রুটিন মাফিক ব্যয়াম করুন ও হাটুন।
