I build electronic sound machines/synthesizers and being "Green" is always at the forefront of my mind so I made this VCO for a friend of mine from some recycled electronic components, from devices which would otherwise be in a landfill and an old cardboard box for the case. It's all about the little things we do, in the background of the photos you can see my power supply made from recycled components and parts as well and the VCO itself sits on an old roof tile which I re-purposed as a heat-proof mat for soldering on.
My DigiBox-Tv vertical-zoning space-saving solution.
Originally the legs were supposed to be the other way up, with the wide feet at the bottom, but I wasn't convinced the screws were flush enough, and may scratch the glass surface it would be standing on. So I inverted them.
