This is my bottle of Co Q 10. Supposedly Co Q 10 is to help give you energy and helps with keeping your muscles strong... or that was what I was under the impression of. I can tell you that it's not helped with either after months of use... unless I'm actually dead... and in that case it's helped!! :0

Day 57: I had to take care of my Project 365 duties this evening inside the house. Rummaging through my kitchen for inspiration, I found a bottle of Vitamin E softgel pills. The liquid filling and translucent pill casing makes for interesting image and light reflections. I wanted to use different colored light sources for a more interesting effect, but I didn't have the time or equipment to pull this off before midnight.
