My friend Lyuba always told me that to experience any country would be to enjoy a traditional meal. During my week long visit to Sofia, she took me out with her sister & friends to a very famous restaurant where they only serve traditional Bulgarian food. I should say I've dared to try various dishes around the world and it was very hard to convince myself to enjoy "Beef tongue" along with these delicious looking dishes. However, my favourite dish was that in the bottom right hand corner. Funny, it turned out to be a salad.
