SALT & PEPPER

Quistis Dress @ Uber

This dress comes equipped with the known AQUASENSE and yet this one is different to my previous interactive releases!

This dress CHANGES ITS SHAPE when it turns wet.

It goes from flowing and a little puffy in dry stage to wet, see through and clingy in wet stage!

Quistis is interactive but DIFFERENT to previous interactive releases

The weeks go by faster and faster, but I must admit being tempted by some rather special weather conditions that we had for the month of February. Rain, snow and sleet that day, February 10, didn't seem to bother the birds or affect their appetites. So I took a break and took the time to take some pictures.

Here this beautiful male Pine Grosbeak who is soaked by the rain and who is now under a torrent of sleet. Very gray weather and poor light...

A long exposure, landscape image of the morning sun, shining through the arch of Bow Fiddle Rock, off Portknockie in Morayshire, Scotland.

I already uploaded an edit of this image a couple of weeks ago, but decided to re-visit the edit as I wasn't entirely happy with it. I feel this version is much closer to how it actually was then and feels cleaner to my eye.

Heavy waves so went with the old E-M5, and old kit lens. I and camera got soaked but no damage, just lots of fun and plenty of great photos

Water-soaked rice paddies are decorated with colza flowers planted on the Aze. Aze is a low embankment that surrounds a rice paddy to keep the water inside.

Flowering plants are Aburana (油菜 Brassica rapa). It is close to, but slightly different from, Rapeseed (Brassica napus).

This photo was taken on my way to Aoni (青鬼) community that is located hidden behind the mountain as seen in the upper centre of the photo.

Hello There!

I am fortunate that Winnipeg has some wonderful parks to visit! This image was taken at English Garden in Assiniboine Park after a hefty rainfall.

I appreciate your views and comments, THANK YOU! I do love hearing from you! Have a wonderful day and weekend!

Yeah, haven't shot or Flickred much; seems I'm either at work or it's raining. I hope everyone has a great weekend; we'll be out doing stuff with Charlie. I'll be back to try to catch up Sunday night.

A rain soaked Bluebird on a cold February day.

Today during my noon walk, it rained constantly and fairly hard. Just before I was back, things lightened up for me to be comfortable with the camera out.

Hello friends!

Thanks for all emails, so kind of you to contacting me. All is fine here. My vacation just started. I will be "home" for six weeks now. Ah Great feeling.

I will start checking your streams soon too (six wks are booked for this hehe, na not really)

See you!

All your life, no

You couldn't be mad about it

You've been sailing, sailing oh

You couldn't be sad about it

And it's been all this time

And you haven't lived without-out it

You are shining, shining it seems though

That your life, you've found it

And it gets you down

But that's okay

You've been pushed 'round

You feel the pain

And when you fall

Just lean on me

'Cause you've never known

Never seen, never smelt, never felt

The rain

Rain' never felt the rain, rain, rain

A red spider lily flower soaked in sunlight

This cherry had been soaked in alcohol to make a Cherry liquor. That's why the fruit is so dark. The stem is actually from grapes.

Because of the smoothness of the cherry, I had to figure out a way to have the bubbles stick to the skin. I used a nail file to roughen it enough to get the desired result.

And yes, it would have been easier to just wait for the cherry season... but my imagination sometimes runs wild and in a rush...

=P practicing my english anyway...

On the date taken, we were in the middle of a month's worth of rain in 3 days.

Mi despedida… Siempre mantuve la esperanza

de que lo nuestro funcionara. A pesar de las risas que se hicieron lágrimas,

fuiste mi lugar seguro, y eso siempre lo llevaré conmigo..…...... 🎧

This is a second image of my last macro session with my Tamron 90mm. I wasn't sure if I should upload this one, since it's not really colorful and it doesn't have a nice bokeh. However, I do like that one can see all the small leaf-veins and that the leaf is coated with water. Hope you like it too! HMM!
