This has turned out to be a really great bike. It's nice an sporty, yet cumfortable to ride and not very jarring over bumps.

These were awesome boba smoothies. They had like these squishy ball in them. Yeah. And not to mention hot lids.

handful spinach

1/2 avocado

1/2 green apple

1 kiwi, peeled

enough coconut water to get things moving in the blender

a bit of agave nectar

Le smoothie : 1/4 de pomme, 1/3 de banane, 1/2 yaourt, une petite cuillère à café de sucre vanillé, un peu de lait, disons 1/4 du verre pour commencer, et on ajuste la texture avec ensuite.

 

Mixer pendant 2 ou 3 minutes,en ajoutant un peu de lait si ça ne mixe pas bien.

 

Apple-banana smoothie and Chelsea bun

For the smoothie : 1/4 apple, 1/3 banana, 1/2 yoghurt (3 or 4 teaspoons), 1/2 teaspoon sugar with vanilla, some milk (start with 1/4 of the glass and add some more later if needed to get the right texture)

 

Mix during 2 or 3 minutes in the blender, adding some more milk if it does not mix well.

I had a great time on the weekend taking photos of ... three Miniature Horse's, a Donkey, a regular sized Horse, a Cat and a Belgian Shepherd.

This weekend recipe is a Apple Mint Smoothie with coconut milk yogurt.

We bought in to the vitamix blender come-on at whole foods. Four months and 100 smoothies later, we're two thumbs up. Besides, it's the only way we can sneak carrots into our daughter's diet.

Pedaling the bike powers the blender which makes the smoothie.
