He is the perfect pocket size pet. He takes up such a small amount of space and requires so little.

8x10 watercolor of a Pom. So cute!

this painting is for sale.

For the outdoor enthusiast pup! The organic print on this bandana is truly unique and the velvet is ultra soft on your fido's skin. The Howdddy Partner dog bandana has turned something so simple into a beautiful fashion statement. On one side is the all over print and on the other is an earthy, eggplant purple velvet accented by an applique inspired by the awesome print on the reverse. This piece is reversible! Just when you thought I couldn't spoil your sweetP anymore, the edges are completed with piping made from a rusty burnt color velvet. This bandana screams, "I'm such a chic, well loved pup who is environmentally conscience!" And WHO wouldn't want that??

Mrs. Reed sent me one of each title as a part of the travelling book.

They are also a part of bookcrossing and so will be read, journaled and released by me.

OK, there's seriously something going on with these small dogs.

Yes, she needs grooming! She's turning into a feather duster.

Big spirit in a little package.

(with apologies to smalldogs)

On the first leg of a three hour hike through

Starved Rock State Park my sweetie and I

collected on the trail:

37 abandoned plastic bottles

1 empty can of Alpo

1 Malt Liquor bottle

1 wet t-shirt

2 ziplock bags full of god-knows-what

1 pooper scooper bag (empty)

1 mini-cereal box

& an assortment of other wrappers and foils

Subsequently my confidence in the human

race is at a low ebb.

I got to hang with Susan (smalldogs) last week down in Long Beach and tested out my new wide lens at the dog park with T & Jack. Such a fun afternoon and beautiful blue skies.

Ready for the parade.

The great pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him and not only will he not scold you, but he will make a fool of himself too.

I think this is one of the first times I have ever seen Gage snarl!

Captured this image of an old friend and former coworker's tiny dog Keke while discussing a family portrait session. Like many dog owners, Nancy did not let her dog far from sight nor the dog her. It was surprising how loud and sharp this Yorkshire Terrier's bark was. Too loud for my comfort level. Cute little tyke, though.

tyson doesn't like to get his teeth brushed, so he tends to squeeze himself in between places to make it hard for his mom to get to his teeth
