Royal Model 10 Typewriter, manufactured from 1914 to 1938.

I want to own one of these one day, an use it to type letters and things...

I currently adore my Royal Companion Typewriter, but am always looking to add to my very small [read: 2 typewriters total] collection.

We often get involved in conversations regarding editing photographs with Photoshop, using HDR software, filters and so on. One of the main issues I come across is how to determine when the "photoshopping" goes to far and the picture we then see is not an image of reality. I believe however we to often forget a small (read huge) detail: our first "photoshopping" piece of software is in our brain before we even take the shot. By framing, composing, including or excluding elements we have an immense power to shape and somehow alter the view of reality in our photographs.

In the end it's all about telling the story. Or at least, it's all about telling the story we decide to tell ;)

Meh, the evil glow is bad! But yeah, this is what my Card back and the box for it looks like now. Enjoy.

I forgot to mention, the type (since it's so small) reads:

("Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return" two brothers set out on a journey to reclaim what was lost, now, SixxGun Productions invites you to join the trek with FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST playing cards.)

These spiders are very small - read my lips “SSMMAALL” Around my house in Potchefstroom.

Bell Centennial Font was developed for use in phone books — small type with high legibility. Note the negative spaces in the "armpits" of the font. This is so, when printing on typical highly absorbent newsprint/phonebook paper on a web press, these areas will fill in with ink. This counters the natural dot gain encountered in the process, preventing the lettershapes from becoming mucky and unreadable.

We're making small READ posters of the faculty and staff at my library for National Medical Librarian Month. This is mine.

The main target of our day out was Salisbury plain, of which hosts some great trails with a few small (read: massive) potholes to contend with.

We spent most of our time on the plains exploring the various tracks, and trying not to ride over that shiney land mine that Mr MOD failed to blow up.

Anyway you can't keep a handful of offroad bikes on tarmac for too long before having to ride over a giant pile of gravel.
