another jump shot. taken by angela.
angela, who is so accustomed to my oddities, simply shrugged her shoulders and said "okay" when i stalked her outside and waited for her to finish her phone conversation with her boyfriend, and then handed her the camera and said "i need you to photograph me jumping."
she had backed out of view from the salon windows, so as odd as it was for the excavation workers and persons in the other shops to see angela photographing me and saying "no... wait.. try again,"
it was even wierder for my co-workers and the salon clients who ONLY saw me jumping up and down and thought i had gone totally mad.

Snow was such a happy distraction, we would often leave our tasks to go outside and enjoy it. Kids were always afraid it would stop "wintering" by the time school was out :)

Groceries & Cooking- August 7, 2016.
Today's #VLOG is up! This morning started off weird, I slept in and I have t done that in a while. Because that happened, so began my off day, slow and I felt rushed at the same time.
Most of the day as the title suggests, consisted of us mostly grabbing groceries and after cooking... A lot of food! Can you guess that Colleen and I were both hungry LOL 😋
Enjoy today's vid, I will see you guys tomorrow.

a slow day at work (only two fires to put out, heheh). moments later, boss' boss walked in and asked for a recommendation on the choice between two Nikon lenses, knowing fully that i was a Canon guy. when we finished talking, he blamed me for making him spend $500 more than he originally planned. :-)

First, let me say, the original photo is not my work. It was totally stolen from ron_toad.
It was a slow day at work – we were waiting for our internal customers to test the latest updates -- so I started to play around with this. Realizing it looked decidedly Edwardian (too plain to be Victorian), I started playing around with it in IrfanView, sort of a poor-man's PhotoShop. I converted the original to monochrome, reduced the color depth to 16 colors, then converted it to sepia. I think it’s a very creepy result -- in a sort of a veiled, Edward Gorey parlor-violence way.
