I inherited Maxie and his brother Bo earlier this year when a relative unexpectedly died.

Sunday sunshine and two out of three sleeping blissfully. It won’t last long, but it’s perfect while it does.

These 2 chicks didnt succed to climb up so they decided to stay here and sleep.

I went out to Alviso for a walk about and shoot a few years ago and they had the parking lot and some of the trails blocked off. One of them by this monster. Seeing it in near silhouette made me think of a sleeping giant, waiting for its people to come back and help it feed on whatever earth its moving.

Last light at the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, this photo showing the dune near Empire. This was taken on one of our winter trips. This is not one of my local parks, but it is a real gem. For those of you thinking of one day traveling to Michigan, don't miss this.

Don't really know what to say about this image.. except that it was taken a long time ago, but I didn't post it because there was something I didn't like about it. There still is, but I decided to post it anyway.
