To be out on the Maunachira River in the Moremi Game Reserve in Botswana at any time is a wonderful experience. To be out there at sunset is sublime. After an afternoon of birdwatching on the river we stopped in a sheltered bay for refreshments and watched the sun go down.

The sunrises lately here in southern Brooklyn have been pretty awesome, including today's example. I enhanced some of the color, contrast, etc., but not by much. Hope you also enjoy it!

A nice sunrise over Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn on October 23, 2022. I haven't posted a sunrise shot in a while, and hope you enjoy it. It kind of looks like a big orange eye!

A "Good Morning" from Brooklyn on this lovely Thanksgiving Day!! I am doing well, and hope for the same for all of my online friends. I'm waiting for the Macy's parade to begin on TV at 9:00AM. GOD BLESS!!

Whenever possible I avoid having a subject isolated in the centre of my photos, but it was impossible this day. I followed the track through the sand hills leading to the beach, my plan to get some sunset shots. When I came up behind this man standing on the track and watching the sunset, I had to have this silhouette shot. He heard my camera and turned to apologize. No apologies required, I thanked him.

I was hoping to catch the sunset last night. The clouds rolled in just as the sun was setting, so no real luck on that. It slipped my mind that the moonrise occurred about the same time, so all I had to do was turn around to get this view.

And then there was the blue heron that flew about fifteen above me. Would have been a perfect shot had I been ready. An interesting night to be out.

I do use program to tune up for pics, when i see there peoples there are so happy and chat each other even there do't konw each other i just join and have vevry good time there , what a nice day for my life .
