Der gläserne Pracht-Bau in Hannover ist zwar schon reichlich fotografiert worden - ich will mich dem aber trotzdem gebührend anschließen....mit einem kleinen Augenzwinkern ;-)

Una "travesura" inspirada en la imagen más conocida de trabajadores en un rascacielos de Nueva York, que es la foto icónica "Almuerzo en lo alto de un rascacielos" (Lunch atop a Skyscraper), que muestra a trabajadores descansando en una viga durante la construcción del Rockefeller Center. Aunque la imagen parece espontánea, fue una estrategia publicitaria para promocionar el edificio. La imagen original, tomada en 1932, es parte del Archivo Bettmann y representa la valentía de los trabajadores de la construcción en esa época.

La foto fue tomada durante la construcción del edificio RCA (ahora conocido como 30 Rockefeller Plaza) en el Rockefeller Center.
La intención:
La imagen se creó como parte de una campaña publicitaria para el Rockefeller Center, con el objetivo de destacar la modernidad y la grandiosidad del edificio y de la ciudad de Nueva York.
La realidad:
Aunque la imagen muestra a los trabajadores descansando, se sabe que la escena fue preparada, y los trabajadores eran reales. La foto es un testimonio de la valentía y la resistencia de los trabajadores que construyeron los rascacielos de Nueva York.
La influencia:
La imagen se ha convertido en un símbolo de la construcción en Nueva York y ha sido objeto de muchas réplicas y referencias en el arte, el cine y la cultura popular.
