Another of these giant dishes, with the Orion constellation right in front of it. View direction is about W, which avoids the light pollution from the city of Weilheim to the south.

Es hat Spaß gemacht, bei der Nachbearbeitung eines Fotos einmal völlig außer Acht zu lassen, ob es noch etwas mit der Realtität zu tun hat !!
It was fun for me to completely disregard whether a photo still had anything to do with reality when I was editing it !!

An awesome sunrise somewhere in Scotland!! Taken on my last road trip this sunrise was incredible but I was on route to a location and wasn't going to make it in time so panic set in as I had to think quick, try and find a landscape and subject to do the sky justice! Being in Scotland , you're never too far from a Loch or something beautiful!
Went out with good mates Tim Wrate, Ben Coope, Jake Anderson and Trent Bloomfield.
I had shot this comp some years ago however I had always wanted to get back and shoot a tilt pano with Schneider. Lucky we got an incredible sunrise as a pay off for the 2 hour drive.
This image is seven frames with the 50mm Schnieder and the focal plane is laid down horizontally with a 2 degree tilt.

Captivating clouds at sunset rising above Mt. Heyburn reflected in Little Redfish Lake. Always seem to have great skies when here. The high altitude helps.
I'll be busy with a project for a bit. Have a great week.
Thanks for taking a look. Always appreciated!

day 148 from 365 - "When every day is an adventure"
Finally got to see these on my last night here. While I've seen them before where I live, I've never seen them so strong or for so long.
And I discovered I need different editing skills for this type of image. Any tips appreciated!
The Hi-Sky is the worlds tallest transportable ferris wheel (78 metres). Currently located in the Werksviertel in Munich. A tour takes 30 minutes, so it moves rather slowly.
The Werksviertel is the redeveloped area of the former Pfanni Kartoffelknödel (potato dumpling) factories in Munich - now home for creatives and startups.

Poudre Canyon, Colorado. Looking toward the crags, the clouds and sky were exceptional this day!
