This is an edited trace of original artwork, so technically it makes it fan art.
If anyone knows how poor quality most of the scans of MegaDrive/Genesis Mega Bomberman (the port of Bomberman '94) are, they will understand how awesome this is. ;)
I blew the original scan up and traced over it with my trackball, using the polygon lasso or whatever the point to point lasso is called in Photoshop. This is the UK Punk Bomber from the game, my favorite character of the series. He shows up in a couple games, but he looks most like Shirobon here.
I took some liberties with a few spots on him that were blurry or somehow did not work well at the increased size. but overall this is what the original looks like. More or less. I had to wing it on the sunglass reflections since I accidentally colored over the original underlayer and did not notice it until everything else but that was done.
