What I like: The spray cap. Most toner you need to pour it out. With this, I just spray it straight on my clean face (with eyes close of course ^_*). Introduction:
Most people confuse or misdiagnose their skin between dry and dehydration. Dry skin can be generic and is normally caused by not having enough sebum in the skin, while skin dehydration is from not having enough water.

I felt some chest pain on the left side, so I went to see the doctor immediately after work. The result was normal. But since he already diagnosed me with nerve damage, so there's a chance that it's muscle pain that extend to my left chest. So I went to get x-ray on my spine. Hope it is just muscle strain and not heart problems when the results come out in a few days.

No don't worry, she doesn't have access to her food like this! lol. I was pouring it from the 18lb bag into my tupperware containers to keep it fresh and Fudge just couldn't help reaching in for a taste. It was funny to watch her try and catch them falling into the container like snowflakes on her tongue. :O)

Last year I was diagnosed with Venous eczema (aka gravitational eczema, stasis dermatitis, varicose eczema) which occurs in people with impaired circulation, varicose veins and edema. There is redness, scaling, darkening of the skin and itching.
At the time I was working 2 jobs, writing my dissertation, doing my final major project and coping with my mums vicious illness. So you can see how stress & worry can cause more problems to your health.
Its getting better now, but its natural that I will develop varicose viens at a later date...Yay!

It's been awhile since I did a shot that follows the fgr group. Today's challenge was easy.
I just have to flash the Flickr gang sign. Of course, flashing a sign it's not enough. I can't tattoo the word "Flickr" on my arm, so I did the only thing that shows my dedication to Flickr. It's a bit painful but it's worth it. =p
