Ballpoint pen on paper. Based on a photo of only_taciturn, but didn't turn out quite right. Will revisit in graphite.
Here's the latest "Boovie" comic and it's inspired by that Chevrolet Cruze commercial where stuff just blows around the car in a wind tunnel although in the comic the car featured is a Tesla Model S. Note this time the comic is in a landscape layout than a portrait layout. Oh by the way, happy easter!

LOVE that graphic of the kid huffing gas! boosted those from some drug awareness pamphlets at a VA Hospital.
So next I figured out where the plates were going to go. This was sort of complicated because of THE POCKET (see next photo) I trimmed the fabric down around these marks...
Also, the tutorial I was using doesn't have a hard back cover. I tried looking some stuff up online but it was all too confusing, so I just sort of figured it out by taking apart the other book and seeing how it was built (you can see the skeleton of the old spine off to the left here)
