To eat healthy foods and do not eat bad food like McDonalds. Try not to eat lots of fried foods for instance french fries. Pop may taste great but it is terrible on your teeth. To have healthy teeth you need to brush your teeth 2 times a day. You also need to be active. Running, biking, skiing soccer, situps, are some great ways to be active. NEVER SMOKE!!! It can give you cancer and other terrible things. Always try to have a balanced meal
took her on a walk by herself today despite the cold and the eventual rain that we got caught in. she had fun anyway and posed for treats but I loved this shot the best because of the drool. gotta love it.
I've been working out every day the last three weeks as well as taking the dogs for a walk 5-6 times a week. I stopped by my parent's house after my solo walk with Judah and was working out a little on the floor--or trying to. Judah "helped" while I was attempting situps by coming over and laying her head and front legs on my stomach. I couldn't stop laughing. Then while on my hands and knees extending opposite arm and leg (my head down) every time my arm would go out I would get a nice love chomp on my hand. It made me laugh--thankfully laughing burns calories--because the position I was in was similar to a playbow and she was all for playing...nevermind I was tryin' to get some cardio in.
Judah always makes me laugh. I'm very thankful for that connection I have with her.

Came across this man near the famous Maracana football stadium in Rio, Brazil. I still love to think of him as a Brazil football star from yesteryears. May be he is ... perhaps someone can tell me.
I have been training everyday, walking 10 km a day and as many pushups, situps and chinups as I can do in a day. I want to traverse an entire mountain range next summer. and climb mountains all summer long, for now I train. not bad for just turning 31. most people think being immortal means you never die. when in reality immortals are a rare breed of people who dont age in the same ways as others
