U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 333rd Military Police Brigade had the opportunity to attend a Fit Camp at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey June 2-16, 2018, hosted by the 336th MP Battalion. The battalion provided the Soldiers with training, coaching and mentorship for the duration of the Fit Camp with the goal of improving the Soldiers’ physical fitness and educating them on proper nutrition, injury prevention and ways to incorporate exercise into their daily lives.

More than 100 junior Nebraska National Guard Airmen and Soldiers came together Aug. 3, 2019, at the Greenlief Training Site near Hastings, Nebraska for a friendly competition. The Recruit Sustainment Program versus Student Flight Challenge consisted of a 5-kilometer ruck march, obstacle course and a modified Army physical fitness test. Seventeen teams of trainees from the Nebraska Air National Guard's Student Flight and the Nebraska Army National Guard’s Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) battled to represent their military branch and earn the top team honor. The Mountain Ranger Battalion non-contracted cadets participate in the Cadet Command Fitness Assessment (CCFA), consisting of 1-minute pushups, 1-minute situps, and 1-mile run. All non-contracted cadets who wish to contract will have to pass the CCFA.
