This cake was a pain. I couldn't make it to Nicky's party, and made the figurines at home and posted them to my Mum, who made the cake.
I had problems with proportions of the figures, and had already had lots of "no-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o" moments as they fell over and got broken.
They fell apart in the post, and she had trouble getting them back together.
But eventually, this was the end product. Happy Birthdy Nicholas!

This 3-gun set is from Technic Toys, containing three weapons currently used by the People's Liberation Army of mainland China (Taiwan, of course, is supplied by the United States). Included in the very nice boxed set are the QSZ92 handgun, the QBU88 rifle, and the QCW05 submachine gun/PDW.
The set came in 3 colors: straight black, brown camo, and this "distressed" black set that comes slightly weathered. The only vendor who seems to have imported these to the US is Sithlord MacGyver. As of this writing, he's out of the brown camo set.

Here's what I found in my mailbox today! I won a contest run by Toys'R'Us and got this awesome limited-edition Chrome Lego Darth Vader, made by Lego for the 10th Anniversary of their Lego Star Wars kits (more about this minifig here).
Penelope is on a Phicen 4.0 pale large bust body with TTL heeled feet in Nouveau Toys heels. The black thong is a new product from Sithlord MacGyver. Cuffs and bowtie collar are from a ZC World set from a long time ago.
"I'll spot you 10 points this time, so maybe you won't embarrass yourself so badly."
Takara Cool Girl Aska headsculpt on a tan Phicen 4.0 body, with BBi top, Sithlord MacGyver thong bikini, and TTL sneakers. I think the basketball is from Dr. Figures.
Wanted to get some photos of the Sithlord MacGyver wetsuit-style one-piece swimsuits and my new Easy & Simple Barrett MRAD sniper rifle. The swimsuit sniper is born.

My 1/12 scale Phicen/TBLeague tiny body arrived a little while ago, but haven't had a chance to put her up in the lightbox until now. For comparison, I've got an S23B (with GAC Toys GC009D headsculpt, sporting bikini from Sithlord MacGyver) and an S29B (with Phicen/TBLeague Fighter Woman headsculpt and clothing by Flirty Girl).
Tan-skin, medium-busted Phicen figure with a Flirty Girl headsculpt. Bikini is from Sithlord MacGyver and the boots are the ones from Phicen's Selena assassin (which were Sithlord's designs as far as I know).
SMcG's jungle bikini is made of a very thin leather-like material, held together with fine threads (which can fray slightly and lend to the rough, rudimentary look of the set). The material is thin enough to look convincing but thick enough that it keeps things from peeking out unduly on the bust of the Phicen 4.0 body I used to model the bikini. I'd prefer the loincloth a little longer and a little more ragged, but I still like the piece a lot.
The head is Fire Red Rose with the brunette hair piece from the boxed Phicen 4.0 pale large busted base body (which refused to stay on for long, despite the use of extra blu-tack). I figured the jungle queens are always blondes and redheads, so why not a brunette for once?
Added lacy thong panty by Sithlord MacGyver as a prop. Lacy underwear on a pretty woman is sexy. Lacy underwear coming off a pretty woman is sexier.

The Red Eye Fortress was my first attempt at a evil castle. I had always wanted to build one on this particular base but didn't obtain one till I started living on my own. I made this a few years ago from scratch, and recently updated it. It was built specifically as a place for me to put my lego villans, since they were not welcome in Purity city. These outcasts are now known as the Red Eye Pirates.
The top jail cell/tower and satalite dish are modular and the top center floor opens to reveal a command center inside. Originally I had imagined most of the Red Eye Pirates as Sith, which is why alot of Starwars characters are here as well. Most of the other villans I've had since I was a kid.
First look at Arakat the Amazon, a fantasy warrior that I just started on. She may get one or two more tassels of beads in her hair if I'm feeling very motivated, her tiara still needs some work, and the bikini and wristbands are both placeholders.
I want to keep the momentum up with her and get her finished (along with her partner, who is awaiting a head). I have some concepts for her outfit, but don't expect much more to get covered up.
Current parts list is a Phicen 3.0 "Hot Toys tan" medium bust body with headsculpt, Sithlord MacGyver croc skin bikini, and Soldier Story puttees. Don't know who made the battle axe. Made the rest of the accessories.

It's autumn, I felt like doing something outdoors-y. Had enough stuff to pull together this Lady Lumberjack in the parts box.
