A rather unusual modification of a Vespa !
On the 5th Dec we celebrate St Nicolas in Holland, he comes on a horse (in this case a Vespa), rides the roof of the Dutch houses and has black helpers, that turned black after delivering too many parcels thru the chimney.
On the second Vespa you can see one of Sinterklaas's helpers.
