typical arrival per boat! © All rights reserved

Best to: View Large and On Black

This capture was taken yesterday looking over the canal behind our house. The boat is sinking for quite awhile now and I wonder why the people it belongs to have left it there in such a misery state... kind of a pity I feel for the boat, don't you?

The mysery I am experiencing with the server is not solved as yet, and we continue to poke here and there, but I am doing more damage than good, so I decided to take a few hours of a break and comment on your latest. Wishing you a great Thursday my friends, and {{{HUGS}}} from me to all of you's, and keep your fingers crossed for me that the server will be fixed :)

I am slowing down

As the years go by

I am sinking

So I trick myself

Like everybody else

The secrets I hide

Twist me inside

They make me weaker

So I trick myself

Like everybody else

I crouch in fear and wait

I'll never feel again

If only I could remember

Anything at all

Sorry I have not been visiting everyone as often as I would like...family matters keeping me too busy...Have a wonderful weekend!

El Delta del Ebro en un lugar único que no me caso en visitar, donde podemos encontrar barcas hundidas, redes de pescadores, increíbles amaneceres y atarderes.

Delta del Ebro is a unique place that I never tire of visiting, where we can find sunken ships, fishing nets, amazing sunrises and sunsets.

Being by the sea and watching the sun sinking below the horizon is such a peaceful experience . This sunset was taken on Agonda Beach, Goa. I feel a sense of calm just looking at it.

There are few things I have a super soft spot for..Fog is one of them. It is rare to see it in Ireland specially in the hours I am unable to get to it.

Here is a fog hunting from Italy. The sun was setting about four times. Each time it dunked into the fog, then the fog came bellow it and over and over again.

Amazing to watch amazing to witness.

This was the perfect opportunity to walk out on the exposed sands and explore the remains of the shipwrecked "Abana".

The "Abana" was a large 1,257 ton wooden "barque" vessel flying under a Norwegian flag. She was built in St John, New Brunswick, Canada and was sailing from Liverpool to Savannah, Georgia USA in December 1894 when she was caught in a storm in the Irish Sea. Hers sails were ripped to shreds in the strong winds and she drifted landwards. The ships crew mistook Blackpool Tower for a lighthouse and she eventually ran aground off Little Bispham.

The crew of 17 and the ships dog were all rescued by Blackpool's lifeboat. The ships bell and the dog were given to the landlord of the "Cleveleys Hotel" who had first raised the alarm and summonsed the lifeboat!

Last night I dreamt again of being in the woods, of sitting down against the trunk of an old oak tree and just being still, as still as possible, until my heartbeat became one with that of the tree, and my toes became roots that plunged deep into the earth to where spirit and flesh and bone became part of the igneous processes. Rebirth, transformation, metamorphosis happen in the depths? In the dark. I have never been one who is content to just hover on the surface of things. The surface isn’t where mountain-building takes place... #confinementjournal #confinementart #rebirth #renewal #mypoetry #hope #healing #mystery #wonder #spirituality
