Back in the 1990's little would give me greater pleasure than a commission to rip out plastic or aluminium replacement windows and custom make and fit authentic wooden sliding sash windows. This is one of a set of four for this victorian terrace house which all had draught-stripping included
i've been a fan of this pattern for a long time. I like how the fact that I added stitches to make it larger for someone else's foot added that wavy line of knits between the leaf panels.
Design Principle: Emphasis using single point direct lighting
Object: Firefighter trophy
I wanted to create a picture with warm colors to give the feel of the glow from a fire. The direct light gives a silhouette shadow in the background.

Requirement:
Imperial Wharf is one of London’s premier riverside addresses. The complex boasts not only some of the finest accommodation in Britain but also a number of retail outlets and offices lining the boulevard leading to the river. Award winning architects Broadway Malyan had a vision to create a vibrant mix of residential and office space, wide boulevards, attractive landscaping and an impressive riverside walk. The roofing material needed to be installed on flat and barrel roofs as well as changes of angle. The roofing material must also have the ability to host architectural details.
The Solution:
Protan SE 1.2 was selected as the best material to roof the project. Its hot air-welded properties give it a visually seamless finish complementing the sleek design of the architect. Broadway Maylan also chose to use Protan Omega Profile across the roofs to add further architectural dimension and give the roofs more character. St George Plc, the developers of Imperial Wharf, made a commitment to economic and environmental sustainability which included the specification of their construction materials. Protan membrane has a proven durability in excess of 30 years and is fully recyclable at the end of its working life; making it an excellent product for sustainability and environmental issues.

NEOBALLS / ZEN MAGNETS - Neodymium Magnetic Balls (@216) - Single Set Cycle
(@216) - The all chrome version is exactly one set or 216 magnets.
(@220) - The color version has a 4-ball extension on the front to make it more chopper like.
Nice small scale challenge to get the distinctive shape and enough detail to make it distinguishable.
