This is a composite of 3 images, the same bird shot at 3 different stages of flight, combined together to make one shot that looks like 3 seperate birds. The image is actually twice the height it originally was to extend the vertical size, then the 3rd image was place in the middle.

A little maze of four tiny streets where every single place is a tiny bar or restaurant. The biggest have room for about 8 people to sit, and the smallest are 2 or 3 people. Fascinating area just off Shinjuku's main drag - its jammed with these tiny bars and feels miles away from the neon clad bars a few minutes walk away. We went to the J Fox R&R Bar and had a great time talking about Carol, who sound like early beatles with a lead singer who is like Mick Jagger. The guys that ran the bar were brilliant fun and gave us a glass to go away with - thank to both!

It seems that this little Gosling was the only one to have survived this spring on Loafers Lake... Odd considering their must have been 20 or so pairs nesting.
