Japanese soufflé cheesecake--another variation minus the gluten
Mmm ... I love this a lot!!! It's a fusion of the French and Japanese. Different than the regular Japanese cheesecake because it's WAY less firm, very smooth, rich and creamy, and melts in your mouth!!!
The only thing I did differently was that I used brown sugar for part of the sugar called for in the recipe. Surprisingly, the flavor and color don't deviate a lot! In fact, it's more flavorful! DEFINITELY A KEEPER!

The cornerstone laid on November 4, 1886 evolved into this magnificent Chateauesque structure. Cleveland architect Levi T. Scofield designed the Ohio State Reformatory using a combination of three architectural styles; Victorian Gothic, Richardsonian Romanesque and Queen Anne. This was done to encourage inmates back to a "rebirth" of their spiritual lives. The architecture itself inspired them to turn away from their sinful lifestyle, and toward repentance
The Reformatory doors were opened to its first 150 young offenders in September 1896. After housing over 155,000 men in its lifetime, the doors to the prison closed December 31, 1990.
Today the Ohio State Reformatory Historic Site receives visitors from all over the world. Every year tourists, movie buffs, thrill seekers and paranormal investigators walk through the halls of this majestic structure.

A two coater polish! I am really excited this is one of a few polishes from Sinful Colors that applied well. Beautiful, bright blue. This picture is blurry but the color stands out and I love it.

I did this using my home made light box. Which is pretty much just one of those frosted see through rubbermaid containers and 1 LED desk lamp. I put the container on it's side and used a piece of a lighting panel (like the kind that go over the florescents in the kitchen) for the background. Then had the light come from the back (obviously). The smoke was from 3 tealights that my hubby blew out for me while I was ready with the camera.
This is a highlighter yellow color. Very PITA to apply though, streaky as hell and this is I think 4 coats and still not even.

Na foto maior, mamãe Bermuda. Os filhinhos: à esquerda, Dream On. À direita, Perky Purple. Assim, na foto, podem parecer iguais mas, ao vivo, quanta diferença! O Dream On é o mais lindo de todos, o mais vivo. Até à noite.ele se mantem neon. Eu estava muito decepcionada com a Sinful Colors, depois do desbotamento do Daddy's Girl. Com o Dream On, já esqueci tudo. Que coisa LINDA!

Actually, this little dish isn’t sinful at all, but that title just sounds so good doesn’t it? Well, this saute does produce tender, juicy apples with a wonderfully rich, sweet, and cinnamon-y syrup, rendering it indulgent enough for a healthy dessert. However, I had it for breakfast. I ate it on its own as a part of my multi-course Sunday grazing.
