Team members from the Ridgeland, MS, office volunteered their time at a local women and children’s shelter, The Sims House. The Sims House is a haven for women and children that provides short-term housing as they try to re-establish themselves in the community. Team members provided a fabulous barbeque dinner to the residents, held a book reading (Katisha Sutton’s self-published book, Caring and Sharing), and gave each child a “summer fun box.” Items collected for the boxes were juices, packaged snacks, activity/craft items, books and other summer accessories.
