Handmade Silver (tone) and Navy Blue Stone or ceramic Dangle Clip on Earrings. The stones feels almost like a ceramic but can't be sure what it is.
The stone is actually much darker than appears here more like a proper navy rather than a Royal Blue.
The metal could be a tin or an aluminum. The setting is fairly elaborate with layers of rolled wires before being finished on edges with small silver balls.
The heart portion is 2.5 inches and total length is close to 3.25 inches.
