For Looking close…on Friday! Today’s theme is Silhouette.

The Turbine Hall, Tate modern, London

I've had a lovely week and it's been most liberating taking phone pictures.. totally recommend the camera phone on the Oppo Find X5.

Currently waiting in the lobby for the bus to the return flight. It's been hot here very hot 28 degrees most days! I spent an awful lot of time swimming at a lovely natural beach. (That's NATURAL Brian P!) I mean there was lots of rocky ledges and families of crabs. I also went on a disco boat and got caught in an electrical storm up in the mountains which I would have appreciated more at the end of the week.

I will return but probably in more comfortable conditions maybe with my proper gear as it's great for coastal photography. Loved it!!

I was taking pictures of my son and his friends before prom when another of their friends suggested these girls do this. She was taking a picture from the other side, but I really liked this shadow. I processed it to look vintage and from another time.

Shot at the National portrait gallery, London. I saw a lady reading a guide book, framed in front of window. Imagine my delight when I found by moving back a few steps, I could catch her reflection twice!

Sometimes the shot is just waiting for you!

The changing hue of a sunset begins.

Brighton just before sunrise...

This was a happy accident....I put the paper in the wrong way and hey presto a double "exposure"

The sunset was amazing. I rushed out just to miss the main event. :-(
