On the road between Bagshot Row and Overhill in Hobbiton.
Hobbiton is a permanent movie set on a working sheep farm, created for Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies, south of Auckland on New Zealand's north island.
One of the classic tourist signposts in my home town of York. This one is at the bottom of The Shambles. Didn't set the aperture quite right on this so used a bit of creative background Gaussian blur to get the effect I wanted.

A useful spot for a bird on the move, this signpost not only gives directions, it's hung with bird feeders!
Signpost on the Kinnego path at Oxford Island displaying the sites of Christian Heritage in the area.
I liked how all the signs and outdoor ads were in Welsh as well as English, although we didn't hear anyone speaking Welsh.
Kent County Council initiated a cull of traditional signposts in the 1960s and 70s, replacing cast iron and wooden signposts with modern reflective versions. A few survived such as this example at Doddington, a village in the North Downs south of Sittingbourne.
The wonky signpost of Hampden Road. A well known landmark. OK, actually not a well known landmark at all, but it should be in any decent world.
