Hamilton, Ont. - Oct. 13, 2007 -- McMaster Marauders defenceman Matt Whittle of the men's lacrosse team sneaks a bite of pizza from trainer Alison Fasano during a match against the Laurentian Voyageurs. The Marauders defeated the Voyageurs 14-6, to give them their first win of the season putting their record at 1-3.

When I first arrived, the crew of the stopped train gave me a blast of the horn, so I waved. Then the engineer came out on the front porch and told me to beat it. So I did. A few minutes later, the van arrived with the fresh crew. Guess he was just trying to save me from being run over.
I would've waited to get a closer shot after the recrew, but was confronted by two wild dogs, so thought it best to move on. Strays living free in roving packs are apparently common in Fairmount Park, and tho I had my old pal Hammer with me, he's really not a fighter. So we left.
