The Yellow-sided Skimmer is not a common Ode for me. A treat to see them.... it takes a little sorting through the Spangled Skimmers to spot one.

Can't retire the G5 just yet. Still figuring out getting Intel versions of PowerPC only programs I have. For now, using a Belkin DVI capable KVM switch so I can use both.

Not only a broken self-portrait, but also a misused inner description of the car. I like this photo though, it is simply terrible, everything is so disordered on it, and in spite of this there's the air of deliberateness and want of art. Here you can see a reflection on the roof of the car.

With the façade extending for 242 m (794 ft) along the eastern side of Red Square, the Upper Trading Rows were built between 1890 and 1893 by Alexander Pomerantsev (responsible for architecture) and Vladimir Shukhov (responsible for engineering).
The trapezoidal building features an interesting combination of elements of Russian medieval architecture and a steel framework and glass roof, a similar style to the great 19th century train stations of London.

The side door of a tulou, a large circular communal residence built around a central courtyard and shrine area. Tulou were built by the Hakka people, and are only found in a few places in the south-western part of Fujian province.
Although "tulou" literally means "earthen building", this one is made largely of stone and wood. It is several stories tall, with a number of families still living in it.
