I sold my camera to him and he bought himself a 50mm f1.8 II lens. He pretty much has kickass photos right now that you should check out! We went to Chicago for a concert and my 21st bday and lots of shots were taken!

These photos were taken as part of The Hindu - CAF Tour. It was nice to get a overview of the vision with which 4 homes were built in Chennai directly from the architects and owners of the homes. It is fascinating to observe that homes in Chennai are getting more progressive and modern in design however they continue connect with culture that our city is known for.
The Hindu and the Chennai Architecture Foundation (CAF - www.chennaiarchitecturefoundation.org) organized a contemporary architecture tour covering four residences designed by young architects. This tour showcased continuity and change in design thinking and offered a synoptic view of what is new in Chennai’s architecture.
I took this in my hotel room while traveling on business this week. At least now I know how to use the timer feature!
On my Garage Photoshoot with my photo group called the Ottawa Shutterbugs, I had the chance to photograph this great looking model, some on my Triumph motorcycle.
Shutterbugs Assignement: New perspecive
Looked around at walmart for things to shoot for this assignement.
OK, the extreme snow has sucked. But on the other hand, the extreme rain that we got overnight last night plus some heavy-duty melting today...has not led to green grass but rather, wet socks and doggy paws. Picture taken with my mobile phone, which for some reason refused to adjust properly for this picture, resulting in the neat, kinda brushstrokey look. (Compare with this photo which was taken about 2 minutes later.)
