I developed a renewed interest in doll collecting as a result of my passion for photography and involvement in Flickr and Shutterbugs. My "simple pleasures" come from browsing online and at flea markets and thrift shops for clothes and accessories for the dolls. When the packages arrive by mail, it's like Christmas all year long, especially when a new doll joins the family.

My son: 15 years old, high school student, electric guitarist, ambulance volunteer, Harry Potter fan
The black objects by his green math matriculation exam (bagrut) book are his tefillin, which he wears for morning prayers every day except Shabbat. The background is his Magen David Adom shirt. He loves the Harry Potter series and re-reads them constantly in English (no small achievement for a boy who has lived all his life in Israel). He's a great kid. We're very proud of him!
experimenting with different positions for my little shutterbug, to see what my piddly little camera can do. i would love to hear what you think, good or bad.

I sold my camera to him and he bought himself a 50mm f1.8 II lens. He pretty much has kickass photos right now that you should check out! We went to Chicago for a concert and my 21st bday and lots of shots were taken!
