Sorry it took so long to post this review but it's up now so here are the pros

Pros

1Great price for a figure like this

2Amazing face printing that is very detailed and accurate

3The leg printing is great and is the only printed carnage that I know of that has it

4Very detailed body printing

Cons

1No back printing

Other than that there's nothing else wrong with it I give it a 9.9 out of 10

For C4C I bought a half-hour chat with Simon Liu (Which turned out to be an hour and a half). During the conversation he asked for two colors for a VV, I gave him purple and lime.

I've always wanted to make a purple ship and this was the perfect chance! It turned out slightly biggish but with some cool angles. The purple was fun to work with!

The Austrian firm (then government-owned) of Simmering Graz & Pauker received a contract to build seven three-part diesel multiple units for long distance use in Uruguay in the early 1950s. They were expected to run at 120 km/h and the top speed reached is said to have been 156 km/h between Montevideo and Punta del Este. They arrived in Uruguay over October 1952 to March 1953.

Car lengths were between 22.70 and 27.70 metres, and weights between 29.5 and 30.3 tonnes.

S12a, V-shaped diesel engines manufactured by SGP and produced 500 horsepower at 1350 rpm with 12 cylinders and a 5-speed gearbox. The tank capacity of 1,240 liters of fuel, gave a range between 1,200 and 1,400 km before having to refuel.

The trains had serious mechanical failures which, coupled with various negative features of the Uruguayan rail system, resulted eventually in the sets being converted to locomotive hauled cars. Numerous attempts to rectify the problems failed, and two trains were completely rebuilt in 1966.

During holidays had little bit extra time to pull it out of the closet and take some pics. Nikon F65 onthe the rig - for demonstration purposes only

Controls - old Crouzet MilleniumII PLC 12v plus stepper motor driver. Everything is controled from the original front panel - step count, frames, start, hold. Rig material - Maytec aluminum extrusion, attached to the granite base. There is version where linear rail is attached to the main frame, but I have to make changes required to position the object. Now it is done manualy ( little bit painful)
