for Dunk.
The piece is huge and amazing and it is salon-style with joined frames but with what looks like a huge bulbous bubble bursting out of the center.

San Francisco, SFMOMA and Transit Festival, 10 Sept 2017
Anne and I spent a weekend in San Francisco in September. On Saturday, 9 Sept, we rode the Liberty Ship Jeremiah O'Brien around the bay and on Sunday, we visited the recently updated San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
SFMOMA is well worth a visit. The collection and the building itself are world class, with the living wall a highlight.
This was also the weekend of SF Muni's transit festival and a good variety of cars were running on the E and F lines. Some of them appear in my photos.
After our day, we took a ferry across the bay and a late afternoon Capitol Corridor train home.
Good time. We will probably be back to SF in a few months.
SFMOMA is free through Monday, Jan 18, 2010

The 75 talks (which continue through Monday) were videotaped. I'll post a link when they are posted online.
