San Francisco skyline taken early in the morning.

Cable cars in San Francisco City near Powell and Market Street.

I took this photo at the vista point north of the Golden Gate Bridge with a telephoto lens. I did test shots with various focal length, turns out when shooting long exposure at night, anchor the tripod really really well first. Most of my long focal length shots are slightly blurry. This is the only set that is clear enough to work with, I have to crop most of the sky and foreground away. What a waste of pixels, and only till I start to shoot night photo, then i realize how much light pollution are coming out of this big cities.

A San Francisco construction site becomes, for 1/125 second, a surrealist movie set.

This is likely the last one for awhile from Steamtown. I'm feeling the need to move on to something else. I just don't know what yet. I need some ideas...

For some reason I always wanted a monochrome conversion of the Bay Bridge flowing over the city, so here it is. Went to shoot this solo back in the winter and even though this was hardly an adventure it was fun going on this mini mission. I somehow lost my work badge in the process, but a few weeks later it was mailed to my work place. Thank you whoever you are!

Looking west down Sutter St. from the joie de vivre galleria park in San Francisco. Shot with a Holga 120N on Fuji Velvia film and (accidentally) cross processed. The murky color and light make it look like the block is under water.
