Toddler’s And Children’s Jumper, Jumpsuit and Transfer Appliques: Jumper and jumpsuit in two lengths are buttoned at shoulders; appliqués and rick rack trim are optional. Jumpsuit has buttoned back belts and may have snapped crotch opening in toddler sizes.

Pictorial Review magazine started producing their own sewing patterns around the turn of the century (1900). Simplicity bought Pictorial's pattern business in 1936, and the magazine merged with The Delineator (associated with the Butterick pattern company) in 1937. Delineator magazine folded in 1939.
Pictorial Patterns are rare to find today. If you find one, you can bet it is from before 1936, though some unverified evidence suggests Simplicity continued using the "Pictorial" name in Australia for a time (until 1950s?)

Juniors' and Misses One-Piece Dress: The Idaho Farmer patterns were a mail order pattern service out of New York. The patterns allowed women in rural areas to keep up to date with all the current styles of the time. This one-piece dress was ordered by Beth Kelley of Richland, Washington.
This pattern is cut but contains all pieces.
The pattern envelope is in fair condition with the bottom envelope flap being torn open and the left edge of the envelope being torn along the seam. The original postage marks and address label are on the envelope and there is some writing in pen as well.
