Envelope is open on one end with nicks and chips.
Scoop neck, sleeveless dress with four gore gathered skirt. also dress with jewelry neckline, set in sleeves and three gore slim skirt. Tie ends included in front bodice darts of slim dress. Skim skirt is lightly gathered at side front, has darts and low pleat at back,may be lined. Either dress has center back zipper. .

This is a stylish way to organize all those patterns you know you'll use again. Quilted Cotton with pocket in front for tags or whatever. Will hold 50-55 sewing patterns easily. (even the thick ones you messed up getting back in the package, haha) Cute little sewing motif. Great for knitting accessories and patterns too!
I absolutely love this pattern! Highly recommend it. I can see myself making more!
Things changed:
1.) Got lazy and didn't make the handle - Brought cotton webbing
2.) Added 1" to pocket pattern
3.) Added zipper pocket
4.) Added elastic (gathered) pocket
5.) Didn't use interfacing, used a heavier weight cotton for the outside, save cotton print for pockets

Advance Fashion News - December 1937
Advance patterns were the "house brand" of JC Penny. They were produced from 1933 to 1966.
These cool letters are created by pressing newsprint paper pulp into plastic letter shaped molds. The letters are left to dry and then decoupaged with vintage sewing patterns using Mod Podge. The letters measure between 2.5" and 3" high. The letters are connected by large staples and the hanger is heavyweight natural covered floral wire.
