I made these from my new zip around gym duffle PDF sewing pattern. I carry the orange one. The black is at Quilt Market this week end. The pastel is in my Etsy shop. The pattern is there too.

V2 bias tie collar is slipped thru a loop at center front.
V3 sailor collar may be accented by a contrasting purchased tie.

Another "walkaway" style in construction, only these are a wrap-around culotte jumpsuit. Can't imagine having to step into it and fasten it at shoulders, front and back can be convenient. You'd need at least another pair of hands, and the complexities of navigating public washrooms alone might give one pause. I'd probably get so frustrated wearing it that I'd be tempted to step right out of it and walk away altogether. Or in the altogether. Or something.

Child's Slip-Dress and Jumper: The slip dress V1 and 2 with back zipper has Peter Pan collar and set in sleeves gathered with elastic casing. V1 has short puff sleeves and lace edging trim. V2 has long sleeves. The lined jumper V1 and 2 with front button closing has low "U" shaped neckline.
