I did my first maternity session and it went really well. We only had an hour to shoot before the sun went down but we got some great shots!
The sunset was just perfect and I learned SO much. I felt really relaxed and directing the couple felt really natural and easy.
A very successful session!

Session at the Irish Times in Victoria. View with Red/Blue 3D goggles. Taken with an old "Stereo Realist" 35mm stereo camera paired with a modern Contax flashgun unit. I have a flash unit for the Stereo Realist, but I've only got a small number of the flashbulbs :)

At Monday's Opening Session, participants heard from MTA's leadership -- President Barbara Madeloni, Vice President Janet Anderson and Executive Director-Treasurer Ann Clarke. Participants also received greetings from the president of Britain's National Union of Teachers, Max Hyde. Sabrina Stevens, executive director of Integrity in Education, was the keynote speaker.
This was an interesting one, facilitated by Davey "now I know who ran my beard Twitter account" @daveyp. The rooms upstairs are unusual; not quite sure what gives with the bizarre curtains.
