I recently bought 4 of these totes and I love them! Although they seem a bit too stuffed : ( I also bought 4 other multi drawer organizers but I think I still need more : )

Dried Flowers & Apples Notes: I should have moved my glass away, so there wouldn't have been the red reflection on the wavy metal serviceware. This was a transluscent, triangular packet of apple leather (like the packets of pine nut oils and juices I had at elBulli) filled with flowers and dried apple.

This gkass is a great choice for a whiskey tasting. It has a nice heavy feel in the hand.
The Lowball glass's brother, this is the glass for Tom Collins or any tall Summer Drink soft or hard.
The Glass carafe allows you to buy in bulk and serve in style.
A case of large jugs of wine (or boxes of wine) are less expensive than most individual bottles. You can save an appreciable amount of money at a medium to large party pouring into carafes from bulk containers.
Also use this server for orange juice, cranberry juice, apple juice, or any favorite beverage. The clear glass allows your guests to see what is in it and the color can actually add to the decor of your event.
At your dessert table, milk or cream can be served in the glass carafe to use with coffee or decadent desserts.
Designed for Punch drinks, this clear Puch Bowl allows colorful drinks to shine through. The right mix will coordinate with your event colors.
Also mnakes an excellent salad bowl or pasta dish for larger crowds.
The Champagne Flute is an elegant alternative to the traditional champagne.
The shape of the glass conserves the bubbles ( the smaller opening at the top of the glass lets fewer bubbles escape). The length of the glass gives you a perfect window to watch the bubbles rising.
Each glass rack holds 36 flutes (as opposed to the traditional champagne glass rack that holds 25) so you can store more flutes in less space.
This stemmed 8 1/2 oz. red wine glass can be used for any type of wine since it is considered a all-purpose wine glass.
It can also be used for soft drinks, juices, and dessets.

The classic stemed white wine glass will work well in a multi-wine environment. The different shape will also differentiate the white and red wine drinkers and help eliminate the cross mixing of wines.

The chafer keeps hot food hot for the duration of the event. It consists of a food pan, a water pan, the base with sterno to heat food, and the cover.
The water pan is filled with hot water heated on your stove. The sterno is used keep the water hot (but not to heat up cold water). This will make the sterno last longer.
When preparing food, cook it in the heavy foil pans that are the same size as the chafer. Those pans will sit right in the chafer. When the event is over, the food does not have to be put in another pan. It can go right in the refrigerator (and stove to reheat).
To get double duty out of one chafer, use two 4 quart foil pans instead of one 8 quart. Two different foods could then be put in one chafer. It is also a great way to refill a chafer (with a new pan) and still leave a half pan available for your guests. Don't you hate it when the popular food is not available as the line finally moves and you reach the buffet?
The Martini Glass is the classic shape for the classic Gin or Vodka Martini. Browse the Internet for Martini Recipes and put together a Martini tasting at your next event.
Also a great glass for "Cosmos".
The Water Goblet is an event staple. Every dinner table should be set with them. They can also be used with any other beverage including: Beer, wine spritzers, and any soft drink.
Traditional Champagne glasses can be used for their namesake or desserts as well as other beverages.
The 55 cup Faberware coffee urn is made from mirror finish stainless steel. It can easily be used for high end events on the coffee service table.
The entire pot does not have to be brewed as there are water fill marks on the urn which allow you to brew lesser amounts (12-55 cups). The urn can also be used to heat water for tea or cocoa.
The "ready to serve" light goes on when the coffee is ready then the urn switches to a "keep warm" setting.
If there is no hot water available at an event site, the urn will heat small amounts of water fairly quickly if it is needed to wash something.
When no more coffee is being poured, unplug the urn to avoid evaporating what is left and burning out the heating element.
At 1150 watts(10.5 amps), only one coffee urn can go on a 20amp circuit.
The perfect glass for desserts, the fruit-cup or sherbert is suited to ice cream, jello, tapiocca, as well as for shrimp cocktail and other appetizers.
Use your imagination with this item and you will achieve automatic portion control.
The polished aluminum 100 cup urn is the one you see in every function hall. It is a dependable workhorse for event after event.
The glass tube which leads to the pourer shows how much coffee is left in the urn. The dripless faucet works when you push or pull it. There is an on/off switch (the first thing to check if the urn does not immediately make a noise when trying to brew).
The serving light will indicate when coffee is done.

Designed for use with the punch bowl, these cups can also be used for coffee, tea, and any other beverage. The clear glass can make many drinks more appealing to the eye.
The ornate round four quart chafer adds style to the buffet table.
There is also a rectangular version of this style which is eight quarts.
