The Alter Servers are all wearing the Medal of the Guild of St. Stephen over their robes.

The Guild for Altar Servers or Archconfraternity of St. Stephen was set up in 1904 by Father Hamilton MacDonald as an organisation for altar servers.

In the centre of the medal are the letters XP These are the first two letters of the name 'Christ' in Greek. At the top is the crown of victory given by God to everyone who overcomes evil, especially those who die for him. At the bottom are the palm branches, traditional signs of martyrs who died for Christ. Around the edge are the Latin words of the Guild motto:

CVI SERVIRE REGNARE EST.

TO SERVE CHRIST IS TO REIGN.

Media cabinet. I made this a while ago, but just came across the pics again. In the time we had a lot of electronic stuff lying around in the livingroom like servers, a computer to watch movies from, amplifiers, cabling mess, etc. I made this cabinet to hold all that stuff and make it easy to move around. It has three 19" compartiments for computers, different power groups, and a place for keyboards an so on. Unfortunately we had to move and it became less needed, but i now use it in my workshop for tinkering with computers and electronic stuff

That's right, the 2000-era P3 1ghz coppermine returns to service being the only rackmount x86 machine I own with an IDE interface. I totally didn't draw those labels on with a Sharpie. Ok maybe I did.
