DNA sequence coding for VSVG tag in pCMV-VSV-G vector is from 2936-2968 with total 33 nucleotides, TAT ACA GAC ATA GAG ATG AAC CGA CTT GGA AAG. VSV-G epitope tag is corresponding aa 501-511 of vesicular stomatitis virus glycoprotein (VSV-G).
