This is my first cake from my Wilton course 1 decorating class. I have several issues with this cake, but I think the concept was cute, at least! I did like how my writing turned out, but the border was inconsistent because I was using two different tip sizes! Ugh! The "Happy Wednesday" was put on because of a joke my stepdad made about having to make cakeds for all of the holidays for the rest of my life, including Wednesdays. My class was on Tuesdays, but... You get the point!
