De saludar, n'hi ha dos tipus. I no, no em refereixo al za-rei i ritsu-rei. Em refereixo al de gest i al de cor.
El de gest és aquell que es realitza perquè si no es fa, quedes malament. Es podria comparar amb el del "respecte cap a", però seria erroni. Aquelles persones que no tenen "sentiment" cap aquell a qui realitzen l'acció de saludar, no són un bon prototip de judokes, aixó ho tenc clar.
Per altra part, hi ha aquella acció de sentiment. En el moment que, a la fila es diu "rei" i saludes, esmentes més que un salut; respecte, admiració...
I no només llavors; quan es saluden dos judokes per dir-se "bon dia", alhora de començar un combat, i inclòs de demanar perdó. Tot i que pot ser no seran 45º els que t'inclinaràs, les mans les posaràs més o menys separades respecte al que toca, no passa res. No tot és el gest, sinó el que s'esmenta amb aquella salutació.
Tot depèn. De la situació; del judoka.

Reading Glasses: No emergency. Probably it's a meeting with sentiments. You know, it's that time of the year.
Watch: The will-be-one-beer drinker had a haircut today. Met the hairdresser couple who are also from B street, but left B street for W street a few years ago. Her hairdresser of more than 10 years who always do the cut in detail. Even the hairdresser back in SG, if the drinker get a haircut there, would say, he just have to trim back and not having to define the shape because the hairdresser defined the shape well.
Cat in the Laptop: And also, when a card that the receiver of the card who didn't send any out this year, finally arrived. Card not Cat, would you like to say something?

Stopped Watch: Took 20 days. Good that you arrived before the going to nowhere drinker will go somewhere and no one will be checking the mailbox for a few days.
Beer: No drink and drive?
Cat in the Laptop: Surely not. The drinker when drinking the go to no where beer at home, really is going nowhere after that for at least the next 10hrs. How do you taste?
Beer: As my name has suggested, Pickled. Taste cool and pickled.

Cat in the Laptop: Not bitter?
Drinker: I don't remember I tasted bitterness. And if I count my blessings I guess I really have nothing to complain about. I didn't get to see my ex-neighbor from B street today but I saw him yesterday. But today I get to see the cute dog focused on walking down B street. The owner could have chosen not to get into town so early. But did what he did. The other day around 11.20am I was going to get my lunch at Ch u m m e e z and I saw him. It was a busy street, the dog wasn't there. But I guess the dog wouldn't have enjoyed walking on a busy street as he would have to take extra care to avoid people.
Cat in the Laptop: Is the dog like No Name?
Drinker: Erm, I have not met No Name. But based on the past stories don't know whether they are all made-up or imagined correctly or wrongly by the story-teller, I think they don't look alike. This dog wears more than one color of thick clothing like you. And as you know, No Name said he only has one color, needs extra layers provided by his owner, and probably isn't as carefree as this dog. You should seen his expression when this dog walks. He looks happy.
(Everyone wondered how a happily walking dog looks like.)
Wall: Probably background team wouldn't need to imagine because they most likely have seen that happy dog. I stand corrected - the owner is from the background team, earlier batch but not as early as Mr. Cannot Be Vam pire and ex-neighbor from B street.
Spider Plant: What if you are wrong?
Wall: I will still stand here, don't need to be corrected until I need to be repaired.
Reading Glasses: Owner.
Drinker: Huh?
Reading Glasses: Do you think I am reading too much?
Drinker: Perhaps you helped me read what I can't read without you as everything is in a blur, and I interpret with what I read and you sense what I interpret without me telling you and you wondered if you are reading too much into it.
Spider Plant: What are you two talking about?
Wallet: My guess is, I wonder some of us will see ex-neighbor from B street next week?
Wall: What? Finally? Here?
Jacket: Maybe not. Maybe somewhere where the new cap and me will be going.
Cap with neck flap: Really! I was bought not because of hiking but gardening. Is that ex-neighbor so nice to also help to do weeding and trimming of shrubs?
Reading Glasses: Oh is he that nice? I thought if he pops over to next door to see our next door neighbor cat - the cat who spoke for him yesterday - that would have been already very nice, and exceptionally nice if he also pops over here to say hi?
Wallet: Wow. Does all these spoken out not loud thoughts sound ... greedy?

Today is my daughter's birthday. Her brother wrote this note in her card -- unprompted, uncoached in any way. I hope he remembers this sentiment the next time she gets in his way when he's trying to play Wii. Which will be right about....now.

Just a detail shot of the sides.....those notches were made with a #4 cut square needle file......rolled a little bit from side to side as it was being used.
