This capture is insane to me! Another of the pale lavender wildflowers sprouting in the backyard grass..For this shot I mixed it up a bit and shot the flower with the sunshine behind and underneath the petals..That combined with the gorgeous hues of background green really created a watercolor effect to the shot.
The petals are pronounced in color alone here as they are almost translucent..and appearing to float..

No clue as to what this little beauty is but boy is it pretty..a very pale lavender..almost the brightest white in hue..A perfectly structured yellow center in balance with the 4 petals..There are about 10 of these tiny blooms in my grass growing sporadically and they did not disappoint in their macro ability...The petals are really pronounced in this shot as the sunshine was at my shoulders behind me..shining down onto the flower.
The simplicity of the basic clover is very overshadowed by its close-up detailing. Even my plain eye-view does not pick up the immense beauty of each wee petal..they only seem to be captured through a camera view..The moment I upload the shots of the Clover I am in complete awe of its magnificence. Each petal is about a half of a grain of rice at best but each has a certain twisted sprout about it with contrasting green of its individual stems..they remind me of tiny Calla Lilies. This shot was so crisp and clean it reminded me of oxygen..hence the title..breathe...
A very tiny wild Violet in gorgeous yellows and golds with a hint of deep purple..creates great depth in the foreground and the contrasting Kelly green with sparkles of golden boken for the background. Some really beautiful colors...
Ah the elusive dragonfly creature, not sure how folks get those unbelievably sensational macro shots of these flighty beasts, they don't sit still for long.

This Violet was very distressed at the overwhelming humidity and heat today. It tried to curl itself under in an attempt to preserve its beauty and colorful petals.
I like this shot even though it is a bit on the darker side..as you can see all of the natural light really soaked up the background..some nice bokeh out of the deal..The Royal blue/purple combined with the yellow god is very reminiscent of the colors of royalty..
